Boredom--a killer weapon.

Sometimes boredom was bearable. The kind of boredom that you could just nap off and it'd go away was always the easiest to deal with. But not right now, for Alfred F. Jones had the worst kind of boredom and he needed to do something about it.

School was new at the moment and there was not much to do except meet new people and become better friends with the ones you already knew. But ... where was everybody? The American had a feeling there was some conspiracy going on against him and he was not going to take that. Alfred had to be the center of attention and to be the center of attention ignorance was certainly not acceptable. He'd go find some people to talk to and he'd make sure they befriended him! After all, who didn't want to be friends with a hero as great as he was?

He stepped into the common lounge area. It seemed reasonable enough. He'd already searched the dorms and it seemed like not everybody had moved in yet. He hadn't even had the chance to speak with his own dorm-mate, which in his opinion, was very peculiar. But it didn't matter right now because he had time to meet with him later. What mattered to him right now was his boredom and how he was going to cure it.

..But how was he going to cure his boredom if he was the only person in the common area? Huffing and shoving his hands in his pockets, Alfred began to grumble to himself.

"I'm bored of school already. Where is everybody? I don't like being alone like this, it really isn't all that great."

Alec wasn't really planning on going anywhere. He wasn't even aware of where he was now since he had his headphones blocking out the rest of the world and was wandering around the campus while silently mouthing the words to the song as he walked. Because of that, he hadn't heard Alfred's grumbling and practically ran face first into the blonde's back as he rounded the corner into the common lounge. "Ai! -ow- Sorry about that... Wasn't paying attention," the shorter male said, rubbing his nose for a second before taking one of the earpieces out so he could actually hear again. He had always gotten into trouble when his parents would be calling for him and he didn't hear them until they came bursting into his room about five minutes later.

Feliks stretched, his shirt riding up past his belly button. He was sooooo bored.... his roommate hadn't shown up yet, and he was tired of just sitting there being bored. He noticed two other people that he didn't know, and in reaction, he hid behindthe wall for a minute to get up the nerve to go talk to him. "Hey?" He said softly. "Um... I'm Feliks?" He hoped he didn't embarrass himself, as well as hoping that his rather unconventional way of dressing wouldn't scare them off. Well, not like it mattered... if they didn't like it, they could kiss his pretty little ass.

Alec blinked in surprise for a second before smiling, not having noticed the other in the room at first. "Hi there! I'm Alec," he grinned amiably, holding his hand out to greet the blonde. The shy-ness that Feliks was showing seemed cute in the Filipino's eyes and the gentleman-like demeanor he was raised to have when greeting others instantly kicked in. "Nice to meet you."

Feliks took the extended hand, genuinely relieved that the other was so kind, "It's great to meet you too! Um... when do you arrive? Is your roommate here yet? What year are you in? What room? How long have you been here?" Once his shyness was gone, his mouth was firing away ten miles per minute.

Yet another surprise as Alec's brain tried to play catch up and answer all of the blonde's questions in order, hopefully without forgetting any of them. "Wait, wait... uh... Earlier this morning, my roommate is my cousin but I haven't seen him yet, 3rd year here, room 2 on the second floor, and I just wandered in here a few minutes ago," he replied, managing to say everything in one breath.

"Ah, okay!" He smiled happily, a light blush spreading across his face. "Well, you seem totally cool! I hope we can be friends?" He was excited to be meeting so many new people!

Alfred let out a small 'oof' as he was walked into by a random stranger, but he didn't mind it at all--in fact, he was glad to have been bumped into and he turned around quickly, eager to start a conversation. He was about to introduce himself when all of a sudden another blond appeared on the premises. Just his luck! More people to talk to! He figured he should complain more often, because right now it seemed to be working.

He noted they had begun to introduce themselves to each other and promptly began to do the same, not wanting to be ignored. "Hi, I'm Alfred!" He said, grinning widely, "Nice to meet you both, what did you say your names were again?"

"Oh!" Feliks turned to look at the taller blonde. "I'm Feliks! Feliks Łukasiewicz, last name pronounced Woo-ka-shye-vitch, but you probably won't remember that anyway, so you can call me Feliks, Feli, or the sexy one. Take your pick of names, I'm good with all of them!" He grinned, eager to meet another new friend.

"Definitely!" he smiled back, still somehow completely unaware that the flushing blonde in front of him was actually a guy - not that it would have made much of a difference anyway.

Noticing that the other male had finally joined in on the conversation, Alec soon turned back to the American and smiled widely, holding his hand out again, "I'm Alec. Nice to meet you!"

Alfred laughed some. "The sexy one? Hahaha, you're funny. I think I'll stick with Feliks." He averted his gaze to the other whom had just introduced himself as 'Alec', and promptly shook his hand. "Great to meet you too!" His boredom was already starting to disappear, and that was always a good sign.

Alec did several attempts to try and properly pronounce Feliks' last name, but none of them ended very well. "Wookashee--Wookashya--Wooshay-- Um, yeah, I think I'll stick with Feliks also," he laughed, a bit embarrassed.

"Yay! More friends! Totally awesome, I wonder if your guys' rooms are close to mine? I'm in room one, are you guys close or far? Are you even on my floor? You guys should come visit! I'd totally love to have company!" He was so happy to be able to talk to people that wouldn't judge him, he could almost start jumping up and down with glee!

The blond thought for a moment then his eyes lit up, "Hey, I think I'm on the same floor as you but room three! At least, that's what I recall. Great! I'm so excited now, I'd love to visit you!!"

The American was already getting eager for friends and hanging out. Alone-time wasn't fun time for him and he loved the fact that he was invited as company and considered a friend.

"Guys and girls are in the same building? Did they change the housing arrangements since last year?" he started. His parents would totally flip out if they found out about this new development and were sure to take it up with the school board. It was also a surprise to him since it would be awkward to be sharing the bathrooms with them, wouldn't it?

Feliks blinked, looking at Alec in confusion, before his entire face turned bright red. "OH! Oh, um, nie! I'm not a girl!" He scratched the back of his head, somewhat embarrassed. "I'm a boy... I've got a... I'm a boy."

Alfred smiled at this, though felt his cheeks go partially red because he had thought for a moment that Feliks may have been a girl. He did, however, have a more masculine voice than the average female so it threw him off a little. Wow .. he wondered how Alec felt about that!

Alec's eyes widened as one hand flew up to cover his face, which was now sporting a fairly prominent blush, even through his tanned skin. "Ah- O-oh my god... I'm sorry about that..." He had thought Feliks' voice was a bit... deep for a girl's, but he'd thought nothing of it since the other's overall appearance seemed so... feminine. "I just- and you looked so- never would've thou- I'm shutting up now," he said finally to save himself from even more embarrassment. And to think he had just met these people today and was already making himself look like an idiot.

"Ah, no! It's okay! I get it all the time. I hope you don't think any less of me.." He looked down at the ground. He was almost always bullied when people found out about him... "I mean, I... I know I'm a bit weird, but..." He was practically shaking, he was so frightened. His anxiety was beginning to kick in...

"Huh? Oh, no of course I don't!" he said quickly, waving his hands in front of his chest. "It's a bit of an odd hobby, yeah, but it's not like I think it's bad or anything," he smiled. His parents would definitely think otherwise if they ever met Feliks, but they were a bit too old-fashioned so he couldn't blame them.

Feliks smiled gratefully. "You have no idea how happy that makes me... I was sacared. I don't really have good luck with this sort of thing? So... I get nervous... and I'm not too good with new people.... " He was looking down at the floor, blushing horribly. "Sorry..."

"Hey, no worries. You don't have to apologize, you know?" Alec flashed a smile back and playfully patted the side of the other's arm. "So! Are we are really on the same floor?" he asked curiously. "I don't think I've seen you guys up there yet."

Feliciano was bored. He just finished his lunch of Alfredo Pasta and had absolutely nothing to do. He couldn't find that new German friend of his. Ludwig, he faintly remembered.

'Maybe I could look for the art classroom~?' He thought to himself, 'but I don't know where that is!' He sighed. 'Oh well~'

He decided to wander around the school, having nothing better to do and maybe he'd be able to find the art classroom.

Eventually Feliciano came across the lounge. He peeked inside to find some people. 'Maybe they know where the art class is~'

Alec currently had his back turned toward the entrance, so he didn't see the brunette as he walked in. Instead, he was still thinking, trying to remember if he'd seen Alfred or Feliks at all on his floor. "You know what, I think I'm on the floor above you guys... I'm on the second level in room two."

"Ohhhhhh..." Feliks pursed his lips. "You're the floor above us, that means you're not close... that totally sucks! That's alright, you can come visit anyway! Maybe we can have a housewarming party or something,right? Oh, hello1" He had just noticed the new person in the room. "I don't think I've seen you before! Hi!" Feliks pushed past Alec, practically one-man swarming the new person. "Oh, you're cute! I'm Feliks! What's your name?" He didn't know why, but he wasn't nervous at all talking to the new arrival.
